February 2016, Bolivian people face a referendum. The president Evo Morales and his vice-president Alvaro Garcia Linera want to change the article 168 of the Political Constitution, which prevents the president from running for a fourth electoral term in 2019. Since his first election in 2006, the leader of the MAS (Movimiento Al Socialismo) has put in place the “Proceso de Cambio”, a process of transition from a neoliberal system to a community-based socialism. These last years, the new constitution have given more rights to the indigenous people, giving them back the lands where they work.
